Cornell Nutritional Workshop on Fridays

Flyers were sent home about the Cornell Nutritional Workshop on Fridays. This workshop is a great opportunity for you to learn how to prepare healthy and delicious recipes for you and your family. Additionally, those who attend at least 6 to 8 sessions will receive a certificate from Cornell University Cooperative Extension!

The workshop will be held every Friday from 9:00 to 10:30 AM, starting this week, January 10, 2025, and running until March 7, 2025.

Come join us and don’t miss this wonderful opportunity—it's completely free! To enroll, please return the filled-out form or contact Ms. Trinidad with any questions.
